Joy, creativity and the process of total involvement with life and our happiness, which is called flow, is part of the theoretical framework that supports my line of work. Having a life full of joy is an individual creation that cannot be copied from a recipe. Instead of prescriptions, I propose a course of action and principles that will guide this process and with concrete examples of how some people have used these principles to transform boring and meaningless lives into lives full of satisfaction . In our school and workshops, you will find enough information to make the transition from theory to practice possible to become the engine of our personal transformation and combat existential anguish and generalized anxiety.
Seeking well-being, being happy, growing and developing as integral, unique beings is a cause for me, as well as empowering ourselves and connecting with desire. We all need a purpose, a motivation, to find our element, the essence, and turn our life into a stage of growth and development where we are protagonists and directors at the same time.
Going for our dreams, connecting with life and desire, allowing ourselves to shine and accept who I am is what I work on every day creating spaces for this to happen.
This is an art, a way of making the ordinary different, of transforming life into something full of meaning, love and commitment.
We all suffer at some point, we get tired, we lose our meaning, our motivation and we have doubts, overload and stress. Even so, we can build a philosophy and actions aligned with our wishes.
Testimonials

Don't let the noise of other people's opinions silence your inner voice. And, most importantly, have the courage to do what your heart and intuition tells you. Somehow you already know what you really want to become.
They say that the pandemic revealed what we are: more than ever society, organizations and people are exposed, with our lights and shadows. Given this, there were two ways of being and doing:
• Going in “every man for himself” mode - hoarding, holding, fighting.
• Going generously, giving what one is and has. I'm going for this one.

We all want to feel better and happier, overcome our difficulties, have more pleasant and harmonious experiences. Our choices each day and throughout our lives determine how we feel and our levels of well-being and health.

About me
I am a coach, with a focus on emotional intelligence and conscious coaching . Teacher and writer on topics of personal and professional development. I am passionate about and dedicated to stress management and wellness. My life has been a challenge of constant improvement and that is why I am dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and overcome their limits to really transform their lives. I suffered a burnout - stress crisis - at I was 38 years old and that led me to face the relationship with work and the demands in a different way in order to be able to transform myself , and continue with my career and my life. I love what I do . It is much more than a job, it is a purpose that motivates me to continue every day. It's my mission.
People do not receive emotional education to face life and its demands , we are not even close to prepared to handle the stress that current life implies, on the contrary, sometimes we exploit ourselves and that is what we call fulfillment. Mistake. Being happy is a decision that implies a deep look at who I am and what I want for my life, from my own and particular point of view. Being true to oneself, discovering our potential, our desires, encouraging ourselves to go for them.
